1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to UDRU LMS. By accessing or using our platform, services, and online courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

2. User Account & Security

You must provide accurate registration details and maintain password confidentiality. Accounts are non-transferable. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account credentials.

3. Strict Anti-Cheating & Session Rules

To ensure academic integrity, concurrent logins from multiple IP addresses are strictly monitored. Sharing your account or hiring third parties to complete tests/quizzes is a direct violation of university rules. Violating sessions will be locked immediately, and attempts will be flagged as fraud.

3. กฎการเข้าใช้งานและมาตรการป้องกันการทุจริต

เพื่อรักษาความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตทางวิชาการ ระบบจะตรวจสอบการเข้าสู่ระบบพร้อมกันจากหลาย IP อย่างเข้มงวด การแชร์บัญชีหรือการจ้างบุคคลภายนอกทำข้อสอบ/ควิซ ถือเป็นการละเมิดกฎของมหาวิทยาลัยโดยตรง บัญชีที่เข้าใช้งานซ้ำจะถูกล็อกทันที และประวัติการสอบจะถูกบันทึกเป็นรายการทุจริต

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All lectures, videos, PDFs, and quiz questions hosted on this site are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or capture course materials without explicit written authorization from the university.

4. สิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

คำบรรยาย วิดีโอ เอกสาร PDF และคำถามควิซทั้งหมดบนเว็บไซต์นี้ได้รับการคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ ห้ามคัดลอก เผยแพร่ หรือบันทึกสื่อการเรียนการสอนโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากมหาวิทยาลัย

5. Platform Service Limitations

We make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted access. However, services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify or suspend services for system updates, security audits, or server upgrades.
